As we are usually making each item individually it can take us up to two weeks depending on how many orders we have. We ship out ready orders every Monday by USPS Ground. If you are concerned about your purchase getting you in time feel free to reach out with these concerns.

We do take custom work on a case by case basis, please use the contact us form with what you are interested in us creating & we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We do offer custom colorways for additional charges, we can also in some cases add a name or short phrase to our embroidered products.

At this time we are only offering those for items damaged in transit.

That is not a service possible at the moment, it is just us & a not super big car so we have to focus on what we need for conventions, please still come by & say hi though!
